ใช้แทนการตรวจของสัตวแพทย์ได้ไหม

ไม่ได้ แอปไม่ใช่การตรวจโรค ส่วนเช็กความเจ็บจากหน้าน้องและการเตือนเรื่องสุขภาพเป็นแค่ตัวช่วยสังเกต ถ้ากังวล พาน้องไปหาสัตวแพทย์ ถ้าแอปเตือนว่าด่วน ให้ไปทันที

ซื้อปลดล็อกแล้ว ย้ายเครื่องหรือลงแอปใหม่

• เข้าหน้าข้อมูลน้องแมว แล้วกด "เคยซื้อแล้ว กดเพื่อกู้คืน"

How does it work?

Tap listen and hold your phone near your cat. The app picks out cat sounds from other noise and names the type, such as meow, purr, greeting trill or hiss. It then looks at pitch, length and whether the sound rises or falls, together with what you say your cat is doing, and lists the most likely meanings. All of this happens on your phone.

Does it translate word for word?

No. Cats do not speak in words, so the app does not translate word for word. It analyzes the sound and the situation and shows what your cat most likely wants, such as food, attention or to go outside.

How can I get better results?

• Fill in your cat's profile, and say what your cat is doing while you listen.
• After a result, tell the app whether it was right. It learns your own cat over time.
• Listen somewhere quiet, with the phone close to your cat.

Can it replace a vet?

No. The app is not a diagnosis. The pain check from your cat's face and the health alerts only help you notice things. If you are worried, see a vet. If the app says it is urgent, go now.

I bought the unlock. How do I get it on a new phone or after reinstalling?

• Open the cat profile page and tap "Bought before? Restore".
• Use the same Google Play or Apple account you bought with.
• On Android the app usually restores it by itself when it opens.

The app can't use the microphone or camera

Open your phone's settings, choose this app, allow the microphone or camera, then come back to the app.

Deleting recordings and data on the phone

The app keeps only the newest 20 recordings. To remove everything, clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
