วิธีที่ 1: ลบในแอป

1. ที่หน้าหลัก กดรูปฟันเฟือง (ตั้งค่า)
2. กด "ลบบัญชี" แล้วกดยืนยัน
3. ยืนยันตัวตนกับ Google หรือ Apple อีกครั้ง บัญชีจะถูกลบทันที

วิธีที่ 2: ส่งอีเมลขอลบ

1. ส่งอีเมลไปที่ kampanatth0222@gmail.com
2. หัวเรื่อง "ขอลบบัญชี แปลเสียงเหมียว" และส่งจากอีเมลที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ (ถ้าใช้ Apple แบบซ่อนอีเมล ให้บอกในอีเมลว่าเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Apple)
3. เราจะลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน และตอบกลับเมื่อลบเสร็จ

ใช้วิธีนี้ได้แม้ถอนการติดตั้งแอปไปแล้ว

สิ่งที่ถูกลบ

• บัญชีเข้าสู่ระบบ: รหัสบัญชี อีเมล ชื่อ และรูปโปรไฟล์ที่เก็บใน Firebase Authentication

ไม่ได้เข้าสู่ระบบ

Option 1: In the app

1. On the home screen, tap the gear (Settings).
2. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
3. Confirm with Google or Apple once more. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: By email

1. Email kampanatth0222@gmail.com
2. Use the subject "Delete my MeowSight account" and send it from the email you signed in with. (If you used Apple with a hidden email, say that you signed in with Apple.)
3. We delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

This works even if you have already uninstalled the app.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account: account ID, email, name and profile photo stored in Firebase Authentication.
• Problem reports you sent that include your email or account ID (deleted when you ask by email).

What we do not hold

• Your cat's profile, results and recordings are only on your phone. Remove them by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the app.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play or Apple under their own rules. Deleting your account does not cancel what you bought; restore it with the same store account.

Never signed in?

If you never signed in, we have no account for you. To delete a problem report you sent, email us with the reference number the app showed after sending.
